Here is a fun and quick pen makeover that I did today on some of my inexpensive Pentel writing pens.   I am a big believer in the details.  I love all of my office accessories rather inexpensive or expensive to have a beautiful fun flare!  

This is a simple way to jazz up those boring standard pens that are sitting on your desk.  Here are a few tips on how you can use this idea to jazz up your pens:

1. Girls Bunco Night: How fun would it be to them your pens to your bunco night.

2. Baby Shower, Bridal Shower etc:  This is a cute way to jazz up the pens that you use for that shower you are hosting.  You can do them in the colors of the shower.  Such a simple touch goes a long way.

3.  Kids birthday party.  This would be a awesome little activity to do at your kids/teens next party. 

4.  Just for you!  This is just a great way to bring fun and color to your desk accessories.  Takes no time, but has gives great results.  


Here are the instructions on how I did this project.....

STEP ONE: Simply screw off the ink portion of the pen.

STEP TWO:  Using your scissors or a paper trimmer cut a piece of paper 1 inch by 3 1/4.

STEP THREE: Roll the paper like you are making a straw and slide into the clear portion of the pen.  Then put the ink back in the pen.
